​Since then, I have traded the spirits of my heritage for the storied cellars of Europe.

I began my training in the authentic Italian kitchens of Carluccio’s, before moving to Paris to master the art of the cocktail on a rooftop overlooking Notre Dame. It was there that I fully committed to the vine, completing my WSET 2 in French and earning a place as an Assistant Sommelier at the legendary Michelin-starred Laurent.

For the last decade, I have curated award-winning wine programs in Amsterdam, leading teams at world-class destinations like The Duchess (1 Michelin)* and The Lobby Fizeaustraat (honored by Wine Spectator and Star Wine List). I have lived the "white tablecloth" life at the highest level, serving the most discerning palates in the world.
​But I’ve always believed that the best way to understand wine isn't just to taste it—it's to live it.
